Dentists in Stoke and Crewe
Treatment prices are discussed individually at your initial consultation.
You will be able to have all treatment provided under the NHS that your dentist feels is clinically necessary to keep your mouth, teeth and gums healthy. The charge you pay depends on the treatment you receive, and you will only be asked to pay one charge per course of treatment, even if you need more than one visit to finish it.
You may be entitled to free NHS care if you receive income-based employment support allowance, income support, income-based jobseeker's allowance, hold an HC2 exemption certificate, are pregnant or have had a baby in the last 12 months, are under 18 (or under 19 in full-time education), hold an NHS tax credit exemption card, or are a prisoner or in a young offenders institution.
If you have an HC3 certificate, you may be entitled to reduced cost treatment. Your entitlement will be detailed on your certificate, and you will need to show proof of this when you attend the practice.
